SIEMENS AGM
2026
Delivering a shareholder event at scale. With its 2026 Annual General Meeting, Siemens AG returned to a live arena format at Munich’s Olympiahalle after five years of digital studio-based events.
As part of the complete technical production, we provided the infrastructure required to support a seamless, compliant and operationally secure shareholder meeting.
Every element of the production was designed to meet the requirements of a large-scale AGM while ensuring reliability across all technical disciplines.
The setup included 200 m² of LED displays, 385 loudspeakers, 70 fixtures for stage and presentation lighting, and 260 metres of truss infrastructure, including pre-rigged HOF MLT trusses and 68 electric chain hoists. A dedicated broadcast and video control environment formed the backbone of the content delivery and event operation.

Eight camera systems, including two remote-head units mounted on height-adjustable lifting platforms, enabled flexible coverage and dynamic perspectives throughout the venue. A fully redundant network infrastructure ensured secure and reliable signal distribution across the entire Olympiahalle.
The video control architecture was designed for parallel signal processing, allowing separate production workflows for the live stream and the in-venue LED displays. This ensured that both audiences received content optimised for their respective viewing environments.
Reliability was built into every layer of the production. Redundant system architectures, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and documented STI measurements to validate speech intelligibility ensured a secure and dependable event environment throughout the entire AGM.
Custom scenic elements manufactured in our workshop completed the stage design, combining technical precision with a premium visual appearance.
Combining live production, broadcast workflows and technical infrastructure, the project transformed one of Germany’s most prominent arena venues into a fully integrated environment for shareholder communication.
