The first in-person Annual General Meeting of Siemens Energy AG brought shareholders together at Station Berlin following a year marked by strong financial performance, record order intake and dividend growth.

For an event where every process, decision and vote must meet the highest standards of reliability and compliance, technical production plays a critical role behind the scenes. Our scope covered the complete technical infrastructure, designed to ensure seamless operations and maximum process security throughout the AGM.

A 50-metre-wide LED wall provided clear visibility across the venue, supported by an extensive production infrastructure comprising 1.5 kilometres of truss, 200 motors, 180 fixtures for broadcast-ready stage lighting, 135 fixtures for audience and room lighting, and 250 loudspeakers delivering consistent audio coverage throughout the shareholder presentation area. Speech intelligibility was verified through documented STI measurements, ensuring optimal clarity for all attendees.

Reliability was embedded into every layer of the technical setup. Comprehensive redundancy was implemented across all AGM-critical systems, including audio amplification, power distribution, network infrastructure and control systems. This approach ensured uninterrupted operation and maximum resilience throughout the event.

The result was a highly reliable AGM environment where complex technical requirements, regulatory obligations and live event production came together in a single, seamlessly integrated system.
