For Siemens Healthineers, we delivered the digital Annual General Meeting at the company’s headquarters in Munich as a full technical production. Within a short setup time, a broadcast-ready infrastructure was created, combining precision, logistics, and maximum fail-safety.
Rigging and lighting formed the foundation. Extensive camera technology, LED walls, and complex Disguise playouts created the visual setting. All threads came together in the media and broadcast control room.
A satellite transmission truck was also on standby as a redundant backup – in case the internet connection reached its limits. Because in the world of Annual General Meetings, there is no second take.
