Ophthalmologists and medical specialists from all over Germany recently met for the annual Forum Oculus congress. There were various lectures and workshops at our partner location, the Vienna House by Wyndham Andel’s Berlin – live on site and digitally streamed.
We were also part of the congress and ensured a smooth technical process. In addition to our permanently installed event technology, there was a 22 metre long stage back wall made of beMatrix in the plenum, including two LED walls in front of it for the live audience. Both on the main stage and in the workshop areas, we supplemented the existing setup with set construction, lighting and sound technology as well as media technology. This also included several camera units for a varied image design and the associated technology for the live streams.
