This year once again, we delivered the Falling Walls Summit at Cafe Moskau as the event’s full-service technical partner. The international science conference brings together leading researchers, thought leaders, policymakers, and media representatives from around the world.
For us, this meant four days of setup, intensive rehearsals, and comprehensive technical support for an event that merges seven former standalone events into one major summit.
With up to 1,600 visitors per day and numerous contributors, the project came with high demands: complex media infrastructures, limited spatial conditions, the renaming and redesign of all rooms, and challenging rehearsal schedules.
