Ready for the future? The German drugstore chain dm is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Various events have accompanied this milestone birthday, including the dm Future Week. Every day for a week, various speakers and prominent discussion panels turned their attention to critical issues for the future, with topics such as “From Me to We”, “Working World of the Future” or “Perspectives for Young People”. In addition, there was an extensive supplementary programme each day with a large number of dm partner booths offering content on the various topics featured through the week.

As with other significant dm anniversary events, we were on hand once again. Lighting and sound technology as well as our sustainable frame construction system were provided for the entire event and the many dm partner booths. Particularly noteworthy was the extensive media technology that came into play – with five 4-metre x 3-metre LED screens as well as camera technology with seven camera hoists, a camera crane and large image controls for dynamic and varied image presentation.
