We built it.
We created the set design for the live stop of the Critical Role: Echoes of Exandria Tour on July 6, 2026, bringing 11,000 fans together at Berlin’s Uber Arena.
Our goal was to create a magical world that brought the atmosphere of Exandria to life and placed the cast members right at the heart of the action. The set was designed as a layered, three-dimensional, and immersive environment.
The key challenge was that the stage set, measuring nearly 20 metres wide and 5 metres high, had to be assembled in just four hours. At the same time, every detail needed to convey the depth and magic of the fantasy world.
The result was a 100% custom-built structure. Nothing came off the shelf. Every element was custom-made, modeled, upholstered, painted, and tailored to the project’s requirements.
This was made possible through close collaboration across multiple disciplines, including planning, construction, workshop production, design, and graphics.
On this project, we did more than build a set. We also gained a deeper appreciation for the remarkable community behind Critical Role and Dungeons & Dragons.
