IAA2025 BMW
For BMW’s exhibition stand and the premiere of the BMW iX3 at IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich, we delivered the complete technical production, combining rigging, lighting, audio, media and IT infrastructure in a fully integrated setup.
Built on a framework of 120 motors and 1,000 metres of truss, the stand combined large-scale engineering with precise technical execution. A 26-metre curved LED wall with approximately 1,500 LED cabinets formed the visual centrepiece, supported by dedicated vehicle lighting, show lighting and a finely tuned audio system. Comprehensive media technology, production infrastructure and site-wide Wi-Fi connectivity ensured reliable operation throughout the event.
Every technical component contributed to a seamless visitor experience, creating an environment that matched the significance of the BMW iX3 world premiere.
