At the 2026 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, Siemens AG returned to the grand stage at Munich’s Olympiahalle after five years of a digital studio format.

With our comprehensive technical full-service production, we provided extensive support and ensured a smooth, legally compliant, and process-secure event.

The technical setup included 200 m² of LED walls, 385 loudspeakers, and 260 linear meters of truss—among them pre-rigged MLT trusses from HOF and 68 electric chain hoists. This was complemented by a powerful broadcast and video control system.

Eight camera setups, including two remote-head systems mounted on height-adjustable lifting platforms, enabled flexible and dynamic camera perspectives. A comprehensive, fully redundant network infrastructure ensured reliable and fail-safe signal distribution throughout the entire Olympiahalle. The complex video control system for parallel signal processing included, among other things, separate image mixes for the livestream and the LED walls.

In addition to redundancies at all technical levels, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and documented STI measurements of the sound system—used to assess speech intelligibility—ensured a legally compliant and process-secure operation of the entire setup.

Our workshop also delivered custom-built structures for the high-quality stage design.
