Three Years Strong at the Siemens Business Conference

A strong symbol of trust and innovation: For the third year in a row, AMBION served as the technical partner of the Siemens Business Conference in Munich – one of the most significant leadership events of the technology group. More than 500 top executives and award nominees came together to celebrate achievements and look ahead to the future of Siemens. Topics such as transformation, artificial intelligence, and the connection between the real and digital worlds shaped the conference and were reflected in its technical realization.

For the event at the Infinity Hotel & Conference Resort Munich, we transformed the main hall into an impressive arena. The technical concept included a well-thought-out lighting, audio, and rigging design, four curved LED walls with a total surface area of 250 m², central signal management and data control for smooth operations, 230 lighting fixtures, 50 CODA Audio speakers, and 30 UHF channels, 30 LED posters in side areas for workshops and breakout sessions, and 600 headphones for an interactive Silent Conference.

In total, 45 tons of equipment were installed — within 2.5 days of setup, 2 days of show, and 1.5 days of dismantling. The project impressively demonstrates how technological expertise and creative planning come together to turn large-scale events into unforgettable experiences.
