We built it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

We created the set design for the live stop of the Critical Role: Echoes of Exandria Tour on July 6, 2026, bringing 11,000 fans together at Berlin’s Uber Arena.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Our goal was to create a magical world that brought the atmosphere of Exandria to life and placed the cast members right at the heart of the action. The set was designed as a layered, three-dimensional, and immersive environment.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The key challenge was that the stage set, measuring nearly 20 metres wide and 5 metres high, had to be assembled in just four hours. At the same time, every detail needed to convey the depth and magic of the fantasy world.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The result was a 100% custom-built structure. Nothing came off the shelf. Every element was custom-made, modeled, upholstered, painted, and tailored to the project’s requirements.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This was made possible through close collaboration across multiple disciplines, including planning, construction, workshop production, design, and graphics.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

On this project, we did more than build a set. We also gained a deeper appreciation for the remarkable community behind Critical Role and Dungeons & Dragons.<\/p>\n
