From 18 – 19 November, the German Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth invited participants to a large digital conference “Intersectionality and LGBTI Policies in Europe”. Moderated locally and with Minister Giffey on stage, more than 35 speakers were connected to the live stream. AMBION was present with lighting, sound and media technology and provided its own microsite for 1,000 viewers with a live stream and interactive question and answer module in German and English.<\/p>\n

The back walls at the conference were implemented in the design of the German Presidency of the Council of the European Union as was the complete live stream feed. In addition, there was a separate setting for sign language interpretation. A good example of how important topics can continue to be discussed even in corona times with the help of our BETTER NOW pop-up studio. As a new AMBION Location Support Partner, the Hotel Oderberger with the Stadtbad Oderberger offered plenty of space to maintain sufficient minimum distances in the audience and on stage.<\/p>\n
